"What do you mean? You've had no coughs, colds or
flu for over 8 years !"
I admit, I have days where I feel a little out of sorts, but if you listen and get to know your body well enough you will dis-cover the best ways to recover or prevent an onslaught.
Up until 2003 I was quite ill consistently and constantly burnt out.
I did 3 things to change this:
1. Get rid of the str.e.ss from your life
- Mine happened to be my 'j.o.b' as a restaurant manager and working an 80-100 hour week ! (And I wondered why I burnt out so often...)
2. Choose health
- I started new habits that included eating wholefoods, juicing several times a week (remember 'Oscar'? ), and taking a herbal concoction as prescribed by the Naturopath I decided to go study with
3. Choose organics
- Cost wise this isn't an option for everyone, but where possible, choose organic food products, as well as skin care (Remember: if you put it on
your skin it will end up in your blo-od stream)
But above all, what made me healthy is:
InLiven Probiotic
Most probiotics are made from faecal matter but this product contains bacteria produced from fruits and vegetables - something I'm a lot more comfortable with...

So, if you want to INCREASE the good bacteria and DECREASE the bad bacteria (i.e. the ones that make you sick), then I highly recommend taking:
InLiven Probiotic
On a regular (Read - Daily) basis !
As soon as I feel the start of anything, itchy throat, blocked sinuses, nausea, the first thing I reach for is InLiven Probiotic
I increase the dosage from once to three times a day, then...
