I started re-reading articles by Don Tolman and the infamous book by Tim Ferris "The 4 Hour Body"

10 kilos lighter in a few short weeks and certainly fitter after several 6-8kms walks a week along the beach front, I knew I had achieved my goal.

A year later and I have dropped a further 12% body fat in recent weeks, just by maintaining my health strategies courtesy of Don !

Well it has been a few years since I have been below 65kg, as I usually float between 65-67kg, but during this experiment using Timothy Ferris' "The 4 Hour Body" I thought I would go below my 'usual'.

With a starting weight of 70.3kg, to be 6 kg down only 5 weeks later I am pretty happy with, especially considering the foods I love to eat!!

Gotta Love Tim's methodology around Cheat Day!! ;-)
