* Chia Seeds

Benefit #1 - 20% More Juice
Slice the apples in to 6-8 pieces and slice enough off the ginger for your tastebuds.
Juice a few pieces of apple, then the ginger and lemon and finish juicing with the remainder apples pieces.
(Being a soft fruit, the apples will help push the lemon through - AND there is no need to peel the lemon, as the oils in the rind provide extra health benefits !)

Benefit #2 - A Lot Less Wastage...
Or - No Wastage From This Juice if You Choose !
Everything that is the pulp catcher, I put to one side and use in my homemade Bircher Muesli.
But you could mix it into the juice itself, a porridge, some yoghurt, etc...

Next Come The Dry Foods
Add the Tahini, Lecithin Granules, LSA, Wheatgerm and any other ingredients you are going for.
I choose to stir it all together with a spoon, as I personally don't see the point in taking the time to juice a beautifully, nutritious LIVING juice to destroy it in a blender...
Benefit #3 - Less Washing up if you use a spoon
Or you can use the mini hand whisks to blend it together better. But if a blender works better for you, go for it....

I could go on, but... what does it taste like?
I sent this webpage to a good friend of mine to check, and Kurt's first comment was...
"Well I hope it tastes better than it looks... !"
"It sure does !!" was my response.
So here are my tasting notes:
* Nutty, apple strudel (especially when you add 1/2tsp of ground cinnamon), with overlays of Halva and hints of caramels.
Not all healthy food tastes bad, this juice certainly blows that myth out the water - DELICIOUS ! Trust me ;-)
Enjoy and let me know how you go.
